Requests for official 体育投注 Little Rock academic transcripts can be submitted online through or at the Office of Records and Registration.
An $8 fee is required for all official transcript requests. Transcript requests are not refundable and cannot be canceled.
Incomplete requests or requests without payment cannot be processed. Any obligations to the university must be met before submission of your transcript request.
Once the request has been approved and the transcript has been provided online, it will be available for download up to three times for a window of 17 days. After 17 days, a new transcript request must be submitted, and another $8 fee will be assessed.
For online requests, any applicable shipping or special handling fees, per transcript, must be paid when the request is submitted.
For online submissions, each transcript ordered will incur a shipping and handling fee. All fees are due when the order is being placed.

When making an in-person request, a photo ID is required for official and unofficial transcripts.
Current and former William H. Bowen School of Law students must request their transcripts through the Law School. The 体育投注 Little Rock Office of Records and Registration will not print any coursework from the William H. Bowen School of Law.

- Sign in to Parchment using an official 体育投注LR email address;
- Walk through the steps to set up an account;
- Fill in the required fields and pay the fees to submit the request.
: Create an account with Parchment to order a transcript. This service will also instruct the student on how to pay for the transcript to complete the process.
: This service is available for third parties such as other schools or businesses that have been given signed consent by the student to request their official transcripts.
- Click the “Third Party Requests” link above and select the “Ordering on Behalf of Someone Else” option on the next screen.
- Next, enter the email for the third party requesting the transcript and download the Learner Consent Form.
- Click continue, complete the account information, and then place the transcript order.

Hold for Current Semester Grades Option: Allows a student to submit a transcript request early but not have the transcript mailed or processed until the end of the current semester or part of the term when final grades are posted.
Hold for Degree Notation Option: Allows a student to submit a transcript request early but not have it mailed or processed until their degree(s) is(are) awarded.
Hold for Current Semester Grades Option:
NOTE: This option should not be used after the date grades are posted for the semester.
This could result in the transcript being held until the end of the following semester. This function is only applicable to currently enrolled students. High School Concurrent students will not be able to use this option.
Attachments: Transcript requests that require a form to be included with the transcript for application services such as LSAC, AMCAS, PharmCAS, NursingCAS, or other professional organizations should be submitted at the time of the request.
*Attachments not received at the time of the request may result in an additional transcript fee.

Mailed Requests (Hard Copy): Varies, depending on the requested delivery method and destination (Overnight and international delivery options exist) –
*All timelines are based on the average time to complete each request. Peak times in volume may increase in processing time. All timelines assume transcripts are not held by special request, account holds, incomplete request information, etc.
